  1. What do school districts need to know to implement blended learning via NCVPS and Learn and Earn Online?

  2. How will the information, processes, and tools be learned as well as the critical thinking skills behind them? 

  3. How will NCVPS and LEO know that school districts know the content, context, and touch points of blended, virtual learning?

  4. What if districts already know how to implement blended, virtual learning and how can we partner to expand the effort?

  5. What will we do if many in the district do not know how to implement blended and

North Carolina's virtual high school is surging in popularity, broadening opportunities for students in the state's far reaches to control how, where and what they learn.

Online instruction has become even more important this year, because tight school budgets have led to disappearing high school courses. In some districts, online courses have helped blunt the impact of budget cuts, allowing students to take classes their districts can no longer afford.
