North Carolina PTA and the North Carolina Virtual School (NCVPS) are partnering to provide parents with helpful information available 24/7 through the NCPTA Parent Leadership Certificate. NCPTA and NCVPS are offering parents free one-hour presentations/webinars on topics of interest including health and nutrition, tips for effective parent-teacher relationships, virtual school resources and classes, curriculum standards and expectations, resources for domestic violence issues, resources available for students with special needs and learning differences, tips for effective child advocacy, and setting your child on the right course for college.
