NCVPS/LEO has a strong learning relationship with the North Carolina LEA school districts. Through an approach of three pilot programs per state region, NCVPS/LEO is able to assess best practices and training modules to share statewide.

NCVPS/LEO is working to develop in-depth training and support for our LEAs. One of the first pieces of this plan is to develop a Strategic Job Description for Distance Learning Advisors and a White Paper on good practices for Distance Learning Advisors to help them support their online learners.
